Who we are

A home for every builder and artisan in Kenya

The Real Building Workers Association of Kenya is a non-political, non-profit-making organisation registered in 2019 under the Societies Act, Cap. 108. We exist to bring construction workers together so their skills, talents and gifts are properly harnessed - and recognised.

From masons, carpenters and fundis to machine operators, surveyors and site managers, our members form the backbone of Kenya's built environment. REBWAK gives them a collective voice, structured fundi training pathways, support towards NCA accreditation and registration, and a direct line to the agencies that regulate the industry.

Strength in numbers

One association, one voice for workers across every county.

Skills that count

Training, certification and accreditation pathways that open real doors.
